FIXES

PLAYBACK

  • Optimized SQL Queries on Playback Machine - added new indexes + rewrote queries. Profit: playback loads in ~2 seconds instead 1+ min or ending up with timeouts.
  • Fixed issue with blinking airport markers in playback machine whilst updating plane positions
  • Fixed issue with incorrect data in flight replay


ATCVIEW

  • Fixed issue with truncated data below the aircraft marker
  • Fixed issue with OpenAIP caching
  • Fixed a problem with airport markers


RADARVIEW

  • Added position interpolation for better smoothness.
  • Fixed strange issue with METAR translation


KNOWN ISSUES & KNOWN BUGS

PLAYBACK

  • Planes on ground may not be visible even all data is available
  • Ground speed and vertical speed are shown as N/A or null - I'm still trying to sort out why
  • BUG OR FEATURE? First dropdown doesn't list aircrafts, user must start typing ICAO / registration / type

ATCVIEW

  • None

RADARVIEW

  • SAFARI ISSUE ON MacOS: in particular cases, aircraft markers do not show up - cookies must be cleaned
  • SAFARI ISSUE ON MacOS again (WebKit): if above helped, on ultra-wide screens, aircraft markers may be blinking
